Reasonable layout needs to take into account the overall structure of the mold and the shape of the plastic product to maximize the cooling effect.
Cross-sectional design of cooling channels

The contact area between the cooling channel and the mold surface affects the heat transfer efficiency. Increasing the contact area helps improve the cooling effect. Material thermal conductivity considerations
